At MGR’s FeelNu Medical Spa and Wellness Center our Laser360™ complete skin rejuvenation program combines multiple technologies to treat the most common symptoms of premature aging: color, texture and skin tightness. We effectively treat the face, forehead, under the eyes, cheeks, upper lip, around the mouth, and the neck and the chest regions of the body. Each treatment will vary based on the patient’s specific program detailed by the physician.

Laser360™ is different from other skin rejuvenation systems, because it’s non-invasive and customized exclusively for you. It can be used on any skin type, and you are free to return to work immediately after each session.

How Does It Work?

The Laser360™ program utilizes multi-application, multi-technology laser device and combines them into a series of multiple laser and light treatments (usually over a period of 60 days) in order to address the skin rejuvenation concerns of each individual patient. It combines the following technologies:

1. Pulsed Light (AFT 540nm) – Treat color irregularities such as vascular or pigmented lesions in a series of 3-5 treatments. Discoloration of the skin could be from sun exposure, aging or simply an excess of melanin or blood vessels at the surface. Light-based therapy helps eliminate this unwanted vascularity or pigmentation, even out your skin color and reduce tiny broken blood vessels and other color irregularities.
2. Pixel (2940nm Er:YAG) – Helps you to turn back the clock on wrinkles to reveal smoother skin in a painless procedure. In a series of 3-6 fractional ablative laser treatments the procedure improves the quality and texture of the dermis while it stimulates collagen regeneration. Improvement occurs in the disappearance of fine lines and wrinkles, large pores, acne scars, chicken pox scars and overall skin texture. Treatments are fast, with no downtime or side effects. Plus you have no additional mess or expense of dyes, gels or consumables.
3. Near Infrared (ST) – Deep heating helps to firm up any loose skin so you regain a more youthful, contoured appearance. It’s a sad fact of life: skin laxity increases as we age. Luckily, laxity now improves without surgery or downtime, in a painless procedure that utilizes near Infrared technology. Achieve skin tightening with the ST module, typically in combination with AFT and/or Pixel, in a series of 3-6 treatments. The ST Near Infrared module safely and effectively produces deep dermal heating to induce neocollagenesis, with no damage to the epidermis.

Treatment Protocol

Our skin rejuvenation with the Laser360™ is a gradual process that provides maximum results over a period of several treatments. A typical treatment consists of seven treatments (one treatment every 10-14 days) over a period of 60 days. Each session during the Laser360™ program requires approximately 30-45 minutes. During each session the patient may have treatments that require the use of more than one of the Laser360™ technologies. During initial consultation, physician will explain each of the treatments you should have and how long you should wait between treatments.

Recovery Time

The Laser360™ program requires little recovery time. Most patients return to their day-to-day activities immediately after a treatment session. Pixel laser treatments may be scheduled at the end of the week for a longer weekend recovery period.

Laser360™ is the ideal procedure to eliminate the discoloration and textural irregularities that make your skin look older. While even after the procedure, you will continue to age and damage due to the sun and elements. Hwoever, you can now maintain the healthy glow that Laser360™ offers with periodic touch-up treatments.
